Billy Howerdel (May 18, 1970) is a musician, founding member, guitarist, songwriter and producer of the American musical groups A Perfect Circle and Ashes Divide.He was born in New Jersey, USA. Before creating A Perfect Circle, Howerdel; He has worked as a guitar technician in many bands such as Faith No More, Fishbone, David Bowie, The Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Queen, Guns N' Roses and many others.
